I'm Isaac Cothran, founder of Loxley Roofing, born and raised in Cashiers, North Carolina.

Helping homeowners throughout the Appalachian Highlands protect the homes they'll pass down for generations.
About
Growing up in Cashiers gave me an appreciation for the homes, landscapes, and people that make this region unique. After serving as an officer in the United States Army, I returned home with a vision to build a roofing company rooted in craftsmanship, trust, and long-term relationships.
Today, I work closely with homeowners throughout Cashiers, Highlands, Sapphire, Lake Toxaway, and Western North Carolina to provide roofing solutions designed specifically for mountain living.

Meet the LOXLEY TEAM
Built on friendship, service, and a shared standard.
Isaac and Ian first met as chemistry lab partners at West Point. Years later, after military service and careers in different states, both found themselves working in the roofing industry.
When Isaac returned home to Cashiers and founded Loxley Roofing, the opportunity arose to build something together—combining local roots, military leadership, and a commitment to craftsmanship.
Today, Loxley serves homeowners throughout the Appalachian Highlands with one goal:
